Enhancements:
+ Page settings scale is only automatically set on import of PDF/ACAD/DWF/bitmap if the document is empty (has no rooms or text)
+ When starting tile edit zoom-to-fit only happens if the room bounds don't intersect with the screen bounds

Bug fixes:
+ In page mode a change that requires unlocking the stock only applies to the current page.  The stock on the other pages stays locked.
+ Tile grid location and orientation is now consistent between 2D and 3D
+ Page numbering is initialized when a template loads so the 1st added page will always be labeled "2"
+ 3D room face normal property is updated when the room is transformed by flipping in 2D
+ Floor tile centering is maintained after 3D edit unless the tile grid was dragged in 3D in which case centering is cleared
